Can I see a lesson before I commit?
Yes, our group classes can be visited anytime by sending an email and requesting a visit time. We also offer 3 free classes on any general or keyboard class you can see how your child responds.
Do I need a piano?
For the general music classes (ages 2-4), no- there are no requirement for a piano. For all other piano group classes, and private lessons, you will need a keyboard with a touch sensitive feature and 88 keys. Having said that, an acoustic instrument is always best.
Do I need to stay with my child?
For group classes, yes, but for private classes it is up to you whether or not you stay.
Do we need to practice every day?
For the general classes (Sunrise ages 2-4), no, but for the other classes we ease into practising at the start of the year, and the expectation increases as the child progresses. We do practice incentives and have performances to help keep children motivated.
